1992 Established Faith, Inc.
1994 Launched the first commercial distribution for music data, MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface), in Japan with NIFTY Corporation.
1997 The biggest internet karaoke service, "KaraOK!", that utilized the Faith's tone generator and download technology was started jointly with Sony Communication Network Corporation.
1998 Developed the sound distribution technology "WebAudio".
Started licensing "WebSynth" to ONKYO CORPORATION.
1999 Started the Internet karaoke service "LANA" with CASIO COMPUTER CO.,LTD.
The format technology for ringtone distribution developed by Faith was introduced to i-mode service.
Licensed the multimedia platform technology "CMX" to QUALCOMM Incorporated.
2000 EZ-Web (currently, au by KDDI CORPORATION) started the ringtone distribution service by using the Faith's format.
Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. started using "WebSynth" in the development environment for PS2 game software.
2001 Listed on JASDAQ.
NTT DoCoMo, Inc. started the karaoke service on i-appli using Faith's JAVA applet.
2002 Listed on the 1st section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Established Faith West Inc. in San Francisco, and started the mobile content service in North America.
Started the first 16-tone ringtone service, "Modtones", in the US with Verizon Wireless.
"Modtones" led the ringtone field in the US.
Affiliated with Digiplug S.A.S (France), and started business in Europe.
2003 Established a mobile content service provider, AnyMusic, a joint company with Any8 in China.
Launched "Latin Garage", ringtone service, on AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. in the US.
Tied-up with Singapore Telecom (SingTel) for content distribution business in Singapore.
Acquired WebMoney Corporation and expanded into the electronic settlement solution business.
2004 AT&T Wireless started the US top brand service "Modtones" for m-mode.
Started the master music distribution service "Modtones DJ" in the US.
Provided the content solution in Malaysia and the Philippines.
2005 Formed alliance with the world biggest online game maker, GRAVITY Co., Ltd. in Korea.
Formed alliance with Yoshimoto Kogyo group in the distribution business.
Acquisition of GoodyPoint, Inc., one of the major point card system providers in Japan.
Established Medical Communication, Inc. to expand into medical and health information services.
2006     Established the Advisory Board.
Established Brave, Inc., which produces and distributes music and visual software, as a joint venture with Taito Corporation.
Acquisition of GIGA NETWORKS, INC., one of the major ringtone providers which has 4 million paid members.
Started the world's first mobile phone service, "Voce", for the executives in the US.
Established Desperado, Inc. with Amuse Group to expand into production and digital distribution of movies.
Tied-up with CROSS WARP Inc. and VOICE-BANK inc. to expand into affiliate advertising business.
Acquisition of Rigthsscale, Inc. to enhance music digital distribution business.
2007     Acquired all business rights for RoseOnline evolution in Japan.
GIGA NETWORKS, INC. launched "Tampen Doga-chan" (former "GIGA Miranca"), i-mode official services utilizing Faith's personal authentication technology, NFRM™.
Medical Communication started "PocketQQ" services.
KAZAS CHANNEL was introduced in default menu in i-mode "Osaifu Keitai", mobile phones equipped with contactless IC card to provide useful function/services
WebMoney Corporation, a subsidiary dealing with electronic money business, listed on JASDAQ NEO (New Entrepreneurs' Opportunity).
2008     Brave, Inc. launched "viBirth", a "Private Label" service for artists to manage and distribute their own works.
GIGA NETWORKS launched GIGA Miranca, the NFRM™ corresponded portal which enable viewing videos with mobile and PC.
Medical Communication started a trial service of "Pocket Karte", a joint business with WILLCOM, Inc. and other companies, which allow users to operate individual medical record on mobile phone and PC.
Made a blockbuster film "PACO and the Magical Book", produced by Desperado.
2009     Merger of GIGA NETWORKS and Desperado and renamed to "Faith Wonderworks, Inc."
Business transfer from Medical Communication to Faith in order to become more competitive in this field.
Launched a media integrated TV program, "MusicBirth+."
2010     Acquired shares in Columbia Music Entertainment and welcomes to Faith Group.
Business transfer from a former subsidiary, Brave, Inc. to Faith, Inc. in order for the chance maximization of the music-related business.
Launched the second media integrated TV program, "Ototabi", which presents classical music in a casual style.
