    3. (3) Acquisition through merger, corporate spin-off, succession of business (Paragraph 4-2, Article 23)
      When obtaining personal information through merger, corporate spin-off, or succession of business, the personal information shall be handled within the limits of achieving the same purpose of utilization as before merger, corporate spin-off, or succession of business.

      There is no acquisition of personal information through shared utilization at this time.
