Basic Position on IR

Our basic policy in relation to IR (investor relations) is to provide shareholders, investors, institutional investors, and analysts with information about our management policies, business strategies, and financial information in a transparent, fair, timely and proper manner to gain the trust and understanding of shareholders and investors.

Disclosure in a Timely and Proactive Manner

We strive to disclose information in a timely and proper manner according to the timely disclosure regulations set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and other relevant laws and ordinances, and to provide every market participant with equal access to important information that may affect his/her investment decisions. We even strive to disclose information that does not apply to the timely disclosure regulations also fairly and proactively to respond to the needs of the shareholders, investors, institutional investors, and analysts.

Methods of Disclosure

We explain the contents of disclosing information to the Tokyo Stock Exchange in advance, and disclose it through TDnet (Timely Disclosure network) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange according to the regulations, as well as releasing information through Press Releases.

Disclosure on the Web site

We ensure the presentation through the Internet to provide shareholders and investors with equal and timely access to information. Information that is disclosed on TDnet is posted on our Web site. We also strive to disclose information that does not apply to the timely disclosure regulations on our Web site.
